Craniosacral Therapy, inspired by Upledger, is a gentle, noninvasive bodywork session that utilizes light touch to promote relaxation and balance within the craniosacral system. Forest Therapy

In short, forest therapy is a slow sensory experience in nature that brings you into the present.

As a practice it emphasizes the therapeutic benefits of spending time in nature. During a guided forest therapy walk, trained guides facilitate an immersive experience in nature, allowing participants to connect with their surroundings and them selves through their senses. The aim is to slow down and become aware of the present moment, creating a deeper connection with the natural environmet.

Generally the group would walk less than a 1/4 of a mile during a session, not including any walk duration to reach the meeting point. It’s not a hike or fitness walk but a mindful immersion in nature designed to calm the nervous system and enhance well-being.

I am not a mental health therapist, I am a Forest Therapy guide. The forest is the therapist, and the guide opens the doors. “The therapeutic process occurs in the relationship between the person and the forest”.

A guide works in partnership with the More-Than-Human World to accompany and support others on the journeys through which they encounter and embody the whole of who they are.
